Boil you own crawfish without big eaters
Posted by ItAintMyFault on 1/29/22 at 5:13 pm
I'm out in texas and would like to boil my own crawfish but cant deal with a 30-40ld sack. We might eat 10 at most in a single meal.
I COULD boil all 40lbs and freeze the peeled 30lbs but I would get lots of hate form the full peelers. :)
No one around here will sell partial bags of crawfish. The crawfish places here are OK but they don't cook them like I like them.
Aside from invites :) any recommendations on what to do in this situation?
