Agree.
He was just a very likeable personality, especially to everyone in Louisiana. Unfortunately, personality doesn't win football games.
(Not counting out what he did in 2019, but that was just an anomaly based on the talent level we had)
At this point, Brian Kelly puts us in a much better position to be successful as a program and I don't get why some people won't get behind this guy.

This hire was probably already done while we were all convinced Lincuck Riley was going to be our next head coach.
After the last two dumpster fires of seasons, LSU fans' heads immediately just go to the worst possible outcome, which is why we were also convinced Woodward shite the bed on the hire.
