Lincoln Riley:
Pros: Qb developer. Brings offense. High win percentage. Young. Great Recruiter.
Cons: Never won big game. Soft and poor defenses.
Dave Aranda:
Pros: Brings defense. Attention to detail. Smart coach. Familiar with LSU. Young.
Cons: Small head coaching resume. Mediocre recruiter.
Billy Napier
Pros: Great Recruiter. Wins. Built and sustained program. Worked under Saban and Dabo. Knows Louisiana. Young
Cons: Big jump from G5 to P5. Brings offense that has not produced as well as you might expect.
Matt Campbell:
Pros: Built and sustained Iowa st. Gets the most out of talent. Teams play hard. Has won some big games. Young
Cons: Culture Fit. No recruiting ties to the south. Doesn't really bring expertise to either side of the ball.
