Mark Marano makes some very salient claims about the extremism in the climate fear mongering. I've listened to some podcasts with him and read some of his articles. He's a reasonable man with some insight to the extreme ideology involved in the climate propaganda.

Few people realize that there are nearly 300 cubic miles of ice in the Arctic, and Greenland. 1.5 degrees of warming isn't as significant in comparison. Also there are many months of little, to no solar heating whatsoever. Even if the Earth tilted on its axis and you allowed near constant sunshine to consistently melt the caps, it would take hundreds of years to melt even a large portion of that much ice. Me thinks that people are led by their emotions and their insecurities so to not show these emotions and insecurities they Foster an ideology based on little understanding of themselves. It has little to do with actual intelligence but it has much to do was looking deep inside yourself and testing your own beliefs and not letting your emotions and insecurities Lead You by your nose.

Ideology that sees only certainty of truth. Whatever is an idealistic view,can become irrational,and fanatical. Once that takes place,objective thinking,and reason become obstacles that are subverted, and cast aside. History can tell you what comes next. Nothing good!
