Ok tks So I have read that it may take a few more minutes to steam the rice with this big of a batch. I usually follow the 25min on low fire then fold and 15-20 min no fire. Is this long enough

Need to cook a jambalaya for 100. How long does it take. I have never cooked one this big do not sure on time
