I make Philly CheatSteaks. Cheap alternative to sheesh steaks. Usually for my wife and I along with sister and Brother in law.
4lbs 80/20. Cook down with diced onion. Seasoning of your choice. Toast roll of choice. Right at the end mix in a 24pk of sliced American Cheese (I find shredded cheese doesn’t work as well). Stuff in the rolls and good to go
