re: Cellular internet for home usage

Also, if anyone reading has T-Mobile in their area and can't get their Mobile Home Internet plan, I'd highly recommend Calyx Institute. Not a typical reseller but a non-profit with legit plans. Don't have to worry about data caps or your sim card getting zapped.

Before I got Starlink I was on an AT&T plan for an iPad. It was unlimited data and no data cap. I think they still offer it last I checked.

And before you say you don't need an iPad plan, you should research spoofing an iPad IMEI to use in another device.

1000 times better than going through a reseller and was only $25/mo. I ran a VPN on the whole network to help not draw attention to the fact that I wasn't using the "iPad".

Nobody tell him.

Correct, could still come out at anytime and any reference to Thursday is pure speculation. Could be today, Thursday, or next week. No one knows at this point.

Looks like we might hear something Thursday. Still speculation at this point though.

Supreme Court indicates Thursday will be an opinion day, meaning at least one is likely. Not clear whether the vaccine decisions will be released as (pre-scheduled) opinions or as orders that could come out at any time.

There's really only two things to do with that info. Either 1) do it to try and see if your employer actually complete their vaccination roster and/or snitch on them to OSHA or 2) you're actually concerned about an office you don't typically visit and want to know how many unvaccinated people you're going to be around.

They're not going to tell you who is vaccinated or not, they're going to say: "There's 120 people, 65 of them are vaccinated". Not sure what you're hoping to gain from that but it is your right to know

I just want to know how many people have bent the knee.

It's obvious it's anonymized aggregate data but it's still interesting, to me at least, nonetheless.

Explain how it's not. It's clearly defined within the regulatory text.

Correct, but putting it out there for everyone to use that information if they want to collect it before this hopefully gets killed.

Everyone should be aware of this tidbit until hopefully the OSHA mandate is put on stay. I plan on requesting this from my employer today.

Employers are required under the ETS, after a request by an employee, to provide the employee the aggregate number of fully vaccinated employees at the workplace along with the total number of employees in the workplace.

quote:

11.C. Why are employers required to provide an employee or an employee representative with the aggregate number of fully vaccinated employees at the workplace along with the total number of employees at that workplace by the end of the next business day after a request by that employee or representative?

quote:

OSHA believes that access to this information will allow employees and employee representatives to calculate a percentage of fully vaccinated employees at a workplace, evaluate the efficacy of the employer’s vaccination policy, raise any concerns identified to OSHA, and actively participate in the employer’s vaccination efforts. Without the provision of this information to employees and their representatives, the only potential check on whether the employer is complying with the requirements of the ETS would be OSHA inspections. The agency believes that making this information available to employee representatives will help ensure compliance with the requirements of the ETS and thereby protect workers.

So if you want to know how many people are jabbed at your job, your employer is required to give you that information as part of the ETS.
