I don’t care at all what accomplishments people have made to an industry. If they’re a crappy person, screw them. They shouldn’t be acknowledged at all.

So the Nazi’s could have used the ‘widespread’ defense at the Nuremberg trials. There was no ‘widespread’ extermination of Jews at the Holocaust.
We do need an approximate number to describe ‘widespread’ for any situation that is being evaluated.

There is so much information it’s hard to keep up.

They probably can’t prove ‘beyond a reasonable doubt.’ I’m wondering if a lesser charge will result in mass riots. Not sure what the sentencing guidelines would be for a lesser charge but it probably won’t be enough to satisfy the rioters.
If a lesser charge or acquitted it would seem the jurors would need to go into some kind of witness protection program. I don’t believe it’s possible for them to remain anonymous.
