You do know that LSU has as many SEC titles in the last 6 years as any school in the SEC west and as many as 11 of the 12 SEC schools...right???

It's the SEC not the ACC or the Pac 10.

And you do know that LSU has more SEC west wins than any other school in the wast in the last 6 seasons and LSU has more 11 wins seasons and more Top 8 final rankings that ANY school in the SEC for the last 6 seasons...right???

As to the "anti-Miles talk", it's still here but dang its some weak chit.

Amen.

My bad, fixed it quick as I could.

LSU - A Team on the Rise

Posted by jeffreylove on 11/11/10 at 5:32 pm
Posted after the Tennessee game:

"“Bench JJ!” you said. “Start Lee!” Never mind that if he benches JJ, he gouges his confidence completely and irrevocably; and then we have Lee, and no back up. Instead, Les rotates him in the game…Lee and the team respond. Playmakers catch the ball, the OL is a wall. Maybe Les knows something we don’t about QB confidence."

The only change I wish they would make is if they made one endzone say "TIGERS" instead of them both saying "LSU"
The old font looks straight out of the 70's and I'm glad it's gone.

This.
You know better than to be a calm voice of reason here... :geauxtigers:

If she specified a room, make sure that you call ahead and ask the manager to tell you both when you arrive that this room (your room) was the only thing available, or there was a mix up etc., he'll be happy to oblige.
WOW

Great post, my man.

That was the night of me and my wife's first date. I made her sit in the car until the game was over, before we could go in the restaurant and eat. She didn't get upset. I knew then she was a keeper.

You're one lucky man.

This +1,000. I remember watching on TV...my bud says "If we win, let's drive down to Baton Rouge...the Tigerland bars will be off the hook.

Well, we went anyway. Some offensive lineman name Zook, or something...a huge mountain of a man, bumped into him in SI, I'm 6'3, but this dude is huge.

My first win in TS, white jerseys, interception by (Ronnie Prude?) on the last play of the game, LSU entered the top 25 ('95?)

I hate Auburn because we were middle tier west div teams together in the 90's, but it all started that night.

The upright game, the ref game, the 19-15 game, the Byrd game, the earthquake game...this is my favorite rivalry.
Geaux for two on every touchdown.
1. Does she ride a donkey to work or is it required as part of her work?

2. Why did you want to punch her donkey?
Arky. Gives AU loss. SOS doesn't matter if we don't make the SEC CG.

We sure as hell don't want the Iron Bowl to matter to the west.

The SI Miles vs. Richt article summed it up for me perfectly.

SI.com: Miles or Richt?

Was on Rant yesterday, funniest stuff I've read in a while.

Bottom line—for better or worse—I'd like to see our teams as well-coached as the recent Bama and Florida teams. I don't think I'm seeing that ... and that's why I wonder if Miles is the best guy for us.

I have a philisophical question for you: If you had to take Les exactly how he is (a winner, honorable, great recruiter, puzzling, crazy talker, anemic offence, inflexible, etc) or have the well-coached UF or Bama perception with the possibility of playing criminals, coaches are dicks, self-absorbed and sanctimonious, and could leave at any time...which would you choose?

GTFO with this bullshite.

Geez, go back and read it again, playa. I was calling HIM a hater.

Meyer 2 NCs calling Tebow's number on 2/3 of plays
Saban 2 NCs re-building programs from the ground up

Miles 1 NCs using Saban's players

Let's hold off the comparisons. Saban is elite. Meyer is a douche. Miles still has a little way to go.

FIFY hater.
Great thread. The SI Miles vs. Richt article summed it up for me perfectly.

It's wear you are hit

First of all, it "where" and not "wear."

Second, the QB was standing still and not running forward, therefore, the spot of the dead ball is where the ball is located when his knee, or arse, or head was driven into the Florida soil by 550 pounds of bad arse. That spot was in the endzone, therefore, safety.
