Sulphur Springs over Wichita Falls Rider on ESPN2 two weeks ago.
The greatest come from behind victory ever. SS was down 10-0 but never freakin' gave up.

Wildcat Pride! :pimp:

the big screen in Lavaca would be an improvement. (plus the ping pong)

Lavaca has ping pong now?

ok, one thing guys - the damn Horns kick off at 6:00 - we kick off at 6:45

this is the exact problem we have in Austin, and why Shoal Creek is really the only reliable place. Having been resigned to the corner, shitty tv on many occasions, after being promised main tv & audio at bars across austin, Shoal creek at least sticks to their word. And they didn't even do that for the longest time.. It's only now that we basically fill the place up.

We used to have to go to crap places like the Warehouse or that bar at the HOliday INn at 183/Mopac to see/hear games on the main tv's b/c the Horn faithful simply filled up every other good place and the bar caved in. Can't blame them really.

If you want Lavaca, have a huge group of folks and make sure they're committed. Audio included.

Just my .02.
Shoal Creek Saloon on Lamar at 9th is the "official" game watching place. Should be a fairly large crew of LSU folks there.

Lance ran the Nike Human Race 10k here in Austin last week - 6.2 miles in 33 minutes. That dude is flying

Wife and I ran that race as well. For a 10k, it was one of the hardest ones alot of runners had ever raced. Lots of hills. Hot as hell. To average a 5.30 minute mile on that course IS impressive as hell.

Dude is in great shape.
Great win for the US. :usa:

oh.. and frick You Guatemala. Cheating little frickers... :doublebird:
