She’ll be back up on her knees in no time
This is in the Sherry Netherland Hotel and it’s actually 3 units. You could put all 3 into the hotel rental pool and offset some of the monthlies. It’s basically $4k/month/unit fees there. Depending on what you’re looking to use the place for it can work.
This is in the Beekman. The building is basically run like a hotel. Valet, concierge, housekeeping, gym, etc etc. That’s why the HOA is so high.

No more outside play at Tara Iti. Need to be with a member now.
It has an out if the debt financing falls through.

This is a real answer.

Houston has massive car burglary issues. I don't know if it's the cost of living in almost any city though. My sister has lived a half mile from downtown Austin for a decade and her vehicle has never been broken into.

She’s lucky. Just Google Austin car break ins. It’s getting much worse there too. I think the car would be safer 1/2 mile from downtown Houston than the 5 miles away where I live. I don’t even lock my car on the occasional trip to The Galleria. The parking garages there are the Wild West. I picked up an IPad there around Christmas and the guy at the Apple Store implied it would be safe to walk back to my car with it in an Apple Store bag.

Fairly certain this only happens in NOLA.

I live in, objectively, one of the three nicest areas in Houston. Every car parked on our street got broken into last month. It’s a cost of living in almost every city.
Paper corrected. Conclusions “still stand” per the authors. I tend to agree with the MDs who first pointed out the errors, one of whom is quoted at the end of the article below, that comparison to healthy controls is irrelevant.
