I'm trying to get into a high intensity regime after my shift as a night shift worker. I try to bounce between different sets of workouts in order to reduce time wastage. (Eg. working out triceps as i rest, between working my biceps, and visa-versa, then switching). However, I'm making it up as I go, do you think a program like this will help me with more direction?
