re: What is love?

True love is hard to find, sometimes you think you have true love and then you catch the early flight home from San Diego and a couple of nude people jump out of your bathroom blindfolded like a goddamn magic show ready to double team your girlfriend...

If Seattle loses 2 of the three remaining and SF wins out SF wins the division. Since the Saints hold the tiebreaker over SF, the Saints would get the 1 seed. This allows the Saints to lose 1 game left. IE if Seattle loses 2 we win out we get 1 seed, if Seattle loses 2 and SF wins out we can afford to lose 1 of last 3 and still get the 1 seed.

I rarely post, daily lurk, but headed from Atlanta. I will stop by and party with you guys. I will bring a handle of Fireball
yep time flies.
The pic with Saban was a lot of fun. I saw him with his security walking towards the corridor and decided to run ahead and setup a spot ash they passed by and have my friend run a little further ahead and take the pic as they passed. lol

I was there front row. I would say end-zone maybe 2 yard line. I was able to get the great seats because I got them a couple of months in advance. Before driving there my buddy and I bought the first wild hair wigs they sold at the LSU shop on Highland next to planet beach. I think it was like an 11 hour drive. My girlfriends roommate at the time was from Lexington so we had people to tailgate with and show us around. I didn't have anything but nice reactions from the UK fans.
Like said we controlled most of the game they came back in the end and hit that FG to basically win it. As they lined up for the FG the fans started to get ready to storm the field. The stands were a good >6ft drop. There were police/security helping the fans get down onto the field. With most of the endzones covered before the kickoff. There was an LSU fan around me that went down as well wanting to storm the field as well before the kick-off as well.
There was the short kick-off, 10 yard pass and time out. At this time I am telling my gf and best friend how the ride is going to suck. Wouldn't it be great if we could get a hail mary to happen. There were the cannons or fireworks as described before. I actually couldn't even see Randall throw the ball because the male cheerleaders put their flags right in my way. I did see the tip and catch. I was like shoot he caught it but there is still a guy behind him and he broke the tackle. We went nuts and debated on jumping down or not. I jumped down, my gf and friend didn't went back up, then the LSU crowd around us went down so we all went down and celebrated on their field. I would say the best experience at an LSU game I had been too. LSU vs Tenn 2000 and 2001 sec championship were both a blast (esp getting to go to the Saints game the day after and Saints beating the Falcons)

I will see if I can take a pic of some of the pics from the game I still have

One thing I don't get as it doesn't say it in the bracket. Does the winner of games 10 and 12 (team that is either undefeated at the time 3-0 or 4-0) get eliminated with one loss in games 15 and 16 respectively. I know the championship game is winner win all, but the semifinal is winner win all as well? kinda weird

With Texas A&M joining next year..

I imagine they would have to be in the west. Would they just take a permanent spot away from our rotating two SEC East teams? or would this mess with our permanent Florida rivalry?
going to the Atlanta one tomorrow

Pretty simple actually. It really doenst matter what ATL does against Seattle. If they lose we can in the division outright with no tiebreaker, but either way Saints can still win division beating ATL and TB and ATL must lose to CAR. SEA game is meaningless now that the saints lost today

Here are the playoff tie-breaking rules. Some of what was said is correct. If both teams win out minus Atlanta. Atlanta would win the tie breaker by the common games. Should Atlanta lose to Tampa or any other division game the saints can afford another loss besides not losing to ATL or any other division game.

TO BREAK A TIE WITHIN A DIVISION

If, at the end of the regular season, two or more clubs in the same division finish with identical won-lost-tied percentages, the following steps will be taken until a champion is determined.
Two Clubs

1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
5. Strength of victory.
6. Strength of schedule.
7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
9. Best net points in common games.
10. Best net points in all games.
11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
12. Coin toss

Three or More Clubs

(Note: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated during any step, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of the two-club format).

1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games among the clubs).
12. Coin toss
