Jefferson on pace to have one of the best rookie WR season ever.
Posted by Tigerdawg57 on 11/18/20 at 6:41 am
Justin Jefferson 9 weeks into the season has posted 4 100+ receiving games which ties Randy Moss’ record for most 100+ receiving games in a rookie season, there’s still 7 games left to go.

Southeastern Student hit and killed in crosswalk? Can anyone confirm?

Just got word from an old HS buddy that he heard a student was hit by a vehicle and died behind Fayard Hall. Absolutely horrible if true, prayers up...
re: What is trick or treating looking like in your neighborhood?
Posted by Tigerdawg57 on 10/30/20 at 8:20 am to GetCocky11
My neighborhood of about 200 houses is absolutely nuts like ive never seen anywhere else. We are the only fully developed neighborhood in our area so everyone and their kin folk bring their kids here to trick or treat. They said to expect 1500 kids this year. Crazy to the point where our HOA has to hire 2-3 police to do traffic control.
ETA: As a single 23y/o with no kids, I couldn't care less about anything else other than getting to meet some hot milfs during my first Halloween here.

What exactly about Curry makes him a veteran back? the fact he played in a playoff games last year, or wears #18? Look at who has been our most game changing back this year and if you think its anyone other than emery, you're blind.

And what have you seen in the rotation that suggests that Emery will be the one to get those touches? Again, this should have happened last game and didn't.
What I have seen in the rotation is now we dont have a QB that we can trust to throw the ball 40 times a game like we did with Myles. Until TJ can prove himself as a threat through the air we need to split those attempts in half and let Emery get hot. RB by committee is a trash concept
re: Honda Accord drivers - likes and dislikes of the car?
Posted by Tigerdawg57 on 10/23/20 at 9:22 am to Woolfman_8
in 2016 i bought a used 2014 Accord Sport and it has been an amazing car and drives/rides excellent, spacious enough for me and im 6'-0" 215 lbs, plenty of passenger room and alot of trunk space as well.
Only issues that I have had are my door locking mechanisms went out on the driver and passenger side at the same time a couple months back and I have had quite a few flats which is weird because I never had a flat in any vehicle before this one.

Has anything happened so far to give you the impression that this will happen?
Uh yeah, us starting a true freshman QB that had a 50.8% completion rate in HS and no proper spring/fall camp even though he was an early enrollee, which would probably helped him tremendously.

Emery has got to touch the ball ATLEAST 18-22 times this game or I will have officially lost all hope

Landscaping weed control advice
Posted by Tigerdawg57 on 9/18/20 at 8:12 am
Just bought my first house last month, I have noticed in the last month that the weed growth is crazy fast. Looking for an effective way to rid these weeds and atleast slow down their growth without killing my plants. I mean theyre growing fast.
Lawn Equipment - Best bang for your buck
Posted by Tigerdawg57 on 7/31/20 at 8:51 am
Just bought my first house and going to need to purchase a new push/propelled mower, weedeater, edger, etc.
Lived in a rental the last 4 years in college where yard was taken care of by owner so I have no idea what the best bang for the buck is nowadays.
Note: My yard is pretty small, to do everything it wont take me more than 30-45min.
TIA

Share your advice for a soon-to-be graduate

If you could go back to your 20s and change something, or if there’s one thing that you learned that really effected your financial situation please share with me. I’m seeking advice for future financial success.
I’m 22 y/o and graduating with a civil engineering degree from Louisiana Tech in May 2020. I’ve been interning with a company for the past 8 months and was 100% vested day 1. As a student working limited hours I’ve accumulated $2100 into my 401k with an personal 10% contribution (I plan to go 15% once full time with 1% Increase annually). Company matches $1 for $1 on the first 4 percent and $0.50 on the dollar for the following 1%. When I graduate and join full time I would expect to be making an income of around $60kish. I have been building a line of credit since I turned 18 and have a credit score of 770. I will also graduate with zero student loans and I will only have about $2000 left on my $250 monthly car note and have rainy day savings account of $5500 as of now that I continue to contribute to.
I just ask for any advice that you wish you knew or that you found success with in your younger days. Thank you to all and god bless!
