Pellet Grill > Gas Grill

After Hurricane Laura destroyed my gas grill, I purchased a Pit Boss combo pellet/gas grill. I wanted a pellet grill but I didn't know if I would like it. Fast forward to now and I wish I would have bought a larger pellet only grill. The flavor is better and you can control the heat better. I have owned my grill for a year and half and have never turned on the gas grill. That is how much more I prefer the pellet grill.
Quick Synopsis: My wife wants to bring our boys (2 and 5 years old) to Disney World this coming Spring. She also wants to go with her family (Her mother, father, brother, sister, sister's husband, and their 2 year old daughter). We had our first "Family Meeting" to discuss last weekend and everyone could not have been more different on their wish list of stuff to do. Everything from flights vs driving, staying onsite vs offsite, what to do while we are there, etc. was all different and nothing could be agreed upon except for which days we are going. My MIL and FIL said they would pay for the place to stay if we stay offsite in one house or they would help pay for a room onsite. My wife and I want to stay onsite because we think it will be much more convenient with small kids. Everyone else wants to stay offsite together in the same house. Obviously it is going to cost more but I am already chopping off my arm to go so I might as well do what I want to.

Do you recommend staying onsite or offsite with small children? Recommendations on resorts?

Any other tips?

TIA
I have only been to Top Golf once in Houston so I am by no means an expert at Top Golf. I am also just an average golfer (Play a once every 1-2 months, never broke 80 but don't shoot over 100, really depends on how many beers I have had). All that to say, the Top Golf golf clubs are terrible. They feel like you are swinging a pool noodle. Next time I go back, I plan to bring my own clubs.

Best of Luck trying to win $1,000!
When my wife I got married, we opened a joint checking and savings account together. I never understood how people could have separate accounts and decide who pays for what. Seems like it would always be a constant "I paid for this, you need to pay for that" but I know people do it everyday. I see couples on my venmo stream all the time paying each other for groceries or half of daycare, etc... Seems like a lot of extra work. Marriage is hard enough without adding extra tension. To each there own though.

Reading some of the comments above, putting a percentage of each salary in a savings or checking account to pay mutual bills does seems like the second best option. If you can make it work.

Best of luck on your marriage!
Thanks for all of the suggestions. We ended up getting to Houston a little later than we wanted and by the time we parked at the Hotel, it was already game time for LSU. We ended up going to "The Rustic" right next to our hotel. The Rustic was more restaurant than bar but had a ton of TVs with LSU on the majority of them even with UT and A&M playing at the same time. As far as food goes, my wife and I both got the Rustic burger and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. Highly recommended!

Hindsight being 20/20, should have went to the LSU game vs watching the Stros get torched by the BoSox.

Sports Bars Downtown Houston

I gave away my LSU vs Florida Tickets for this weekend and bought tickets to watch the Stros vs BoSox on Saturday. I plan on driving in Saturday morning and trying to catch the LSU game at a bar downtown near Minute Maid before heading to the baseball game. Any suggestions on places to go?

TIA
Long story short... I currently have a 3/4 acre lot where I live but have a 3 acre lot that my wife and I plan to build on in the next few years. When we bought our house 5 years ago I bought a standard ride on craftsman lawn mower. It has been a decent mower, still runs great but the deck is in bad shape. Over the last month I have been having to jump start it every time I need to mow (I assume the alternator is going bad because I already changed the battery this year) and the belt keeps coming undone. It ate up the second belt in 2 months this past weekend... On top of that it has a slow leak in one of the tires that I am too lazy to change so I just air it up each time. Honestly at this point I am just looking for a reason to get rid of it and buy a new zero turn.

My dilemma is what to buy? I want a mower than will be big enough for my 3 acre lot but not too big for my current home. I also want something that is dependable and is going to last. What do you have and what do you recommend? TIA
