You can supposedly get a UPS Store address across state lines if it's a reasonable travel distance. However, that's a W-2 being issued to another state that will be
looking for some sort of tax filing at the end of the year. ...

Have you personally had success with a VPN? I tried several and Draftkings/FanDuel still detected my location as being in Louisiana and I was denied entry....
