Full disclosure - I am the General Sales Manager with Robinson Brothers.

Buying a car is not supposed to be hard. Unfortunately, in many places and people (both dealers and consumers) make it much harder than it should be.

I can't speak for every dealer but I can speak for us. While certain newer models may command a slightly inflated price, most models (even new models) can be found aggressively priced.

There are two types of discounts:
- dealer discount
- factor incentives (rebates)

For the most part, the amount I am willing to discount a vehicle doesn't change from year to year. The factory incentives may change as they are managing average daily supply...

From a dealer perspective, we want to provide an excellent customer experience and sell a vehicle. Whether it is a inexpensive pre-owned vehicle or the most expensive vehicle we have in stock. We want to make the process as easy as possible and do the best we can to make you feel great about your purchase.

The most important thing I can state - if you don't ask questions, we cannot answer. Everyone is different and has different concerns.

If you wish to reach out to me directly, I can be reached 225-293-8900 or email jvaughn@robinsonbrothers.com

I'll gladly answer any questions whether it is my product or not.
