Completely agree. The reason I believe is that Congress has passed its power to declare war to the President(Executive) hence they have no skin in the game. We should never commit American troops to a War Zone without the Congress VOTING for or against.

4 years ago spent 20 days in Europe 2 in Bayeux.Normandy was the highlight..www.battleofnormandytours.com was excellent. Ed Robinson is the owner and is outstanding.Teddy Roosevelt Jr and his brother Quentin are buried at the US cemetery. 32 sets of brothers buried side by side.Also NILAND brothers who "Saving private Ryan" is based on.Hope you have a great trip.You'll notice all headstones are facing one direction, exactly to the
