There is nothing unconstitutional about a study. Which is what this bill is. A study. And, there is ZERO mention of the word "required" in the bill. That is a fabrication by the author to scare the anti-gov't types. I'm shocked that it worked.

The way to combat tunnels is eventually going to be technology. Which is what the Dems have been saying all along.
So, we would use Drug Kingpin money on a wall that will do almost nothing to keep drugs out of our country? Brilliant.

Brownback destroyed the Republican party in KS and Kobach promised to continue doing that. Trump seems to be more a casualty/side effect of that than any overall statement on Trump's popularity in KS. He'll still carry the state by a wide margin in '20.
