Covid 19 screening

LSU released a Game Plan for GameDay video. In it he referenced filling out your Covid 19 screening form prior to entering. I can't find form on the App. Anyone knows where to find the form?

This was a great point. After reading the rant last night I was wondering what he was thinking. But after seeing the interview, I totally understand what "taken out of context" means.
LSU is better with both Lee and Jefferson healthy.

I do not have the truck anymore but using it for a getaway is not the only thing you do not want to use it for. Stopped at Hooter once just for the wings and Daughter-in-law saw me.

Mine is MR LSU. I think there is a place on the internet to see if what you choose is available. I do know you need to send 3 choices and they start at first one and go down until one is available.
