Covid 19 screening

LSU released a Game Plan for GameDay video. In it he referenced filling out your Covid 19 screening form prior to entering. I can't find form on the App. Anyone knows where to find the form?

I can’t imagine this late in the game that they’d want every single person with a ticket to get tested for covid. This has to be just for the students.

I can't find the screening yet either. If it's like I have at work, it'll ask are you sick, fever 100.4 etc...k cool enjoy the game.

I doubt it really has to do with testing. It's prob a questionnaire like doctors' and dentists' offices are using - do you have a fever, do you have a cough, have you recently been exposed to someone with covid, have you traveled outside of the US, etc. Please don't go to the game if you suspect to have been exposed to covid (and not been tested), etc - don't be an idiot - one bad apple can ruin it for everybody.

its just a questionnaire.will not be able to download until either Friday or early Saturday morning . everyone over 18 must fill it out

I confirmed with the ticket office today that the questionnaire will not be available until Friday. It will basically ask you if you currently have symptoms, and that's about it.

What a waste of time and effort. I would love to see the stats for how many people answer yes to any of those questions.

The announcement said the questionnaire won’t be available until midnight Friday. I guess they want you to answer questionnaire as close to possible as game time,

The questionnaire isn't released until Saturday at midnight.
Does no good to fill out the questionnaire early, since they want accurate answers AS OF that day.
