"Athens McPherson" game
Alex owns Athens
A gift from Gunner
Golesh v Goliath
My fav... And how I will likely describe to my boys even they are older..."that time the unranked, dead in the water for years, and never given a chance Auburn tigers whooped that thuga arse" game

Thank you. This narrative that now we should win all l these games we were already not supposed to is not realistic

I'm so sick of Auburn higher in these offensive gurus, allegedly just to run a tall sweep to the field on 4th and a foot with the game on the line when you have a 6 ft 4 235 lb quarterback.
I'll support the staff that is here until they're not.... But if AG doesn't work out if they hire another offensive head coach I will not watch a game. With the exception of Gus nails on having two solid years amongst a lot of mediocrity, all of our success in my lifetime has come from higher and defensive-minded head coaches and allowing them to bring in a competent OC.

re: What do you predict Byrum Brown's regular season stats to be?
Posted by Tigerpro2a on 8/18/26 at 6:49 pm to Pat Dye 60 minutes
61%
2,859 yards passing
19TDs
9 Ints (4 in one early game and we will call for tia)
988 rushing
10 tds
Auburn goes 9-3 and we are pissed bc that's what we do.

It's easy to get caught up in rankings weather good or bad just the same as you can get caught up and what a player did at his previous School. Neither indicator is a Surefire measuring stick for the success a player may or may not have under a new staff and team
We've all seen players that were highly rated and had good production that came to Auburn and absolutely did not live up to the hype. Chaplin is the most glaring example this season.
On the other side of that coin we've all seen players that weren't right tie and players that had little to no production at other schools possibly that came to Auburn and turned into absolute Beast. E. Asante. X Adkins. Etc
Both things can be true it can hurt to lose a Morris Williams and it can be good to gain womak

Solid player. Waited his time and finally got to play this past season. Played well. Was just overshadowed by X. Adkins.
Great locker room guy as well.
