replaced. Richt gave the redshirt freshman Perry a shot last game on the third series and never came out. He will start from now on thankfully.

Confident Miami will finish season unbeaten. We should given our schedule. Game versus Clemson will be a playoff win and in scenario. LSU has shown they can get the job done versus Elite teams with their defense and an offense that can manage the game and get the job done. Even with one slip-up in the toughest conference you are in. You guys have room for error, and you have the ability to manage that.

Thank god Rosier is done here, with a new QB im confident we win out and meet Clemson in the ACC champonship.

Keep an eye on Anthony Schwartz on Auburn. Kid is a track star and will probably be an olympic sprinter one day, all things considered. Local Miami area kid that Mark Richt completely overlooked. He can be a wild card for this game. His speed at WR is absolutely ridiculous. The match ups on the outside will be interesting.

Savannah State is moving to D2 next year. We should have won by 77-0. We will know if Miami is a legit top 15-10 team if we win out up until that VA Tech game. We beat VT and we are back in business.

Really not trying to rip Burrow. Just a diehard CFB fan, I watch all the games and don't hesitate to throw some money on a few here and there. Being we played you guys and lost, I will probably follow your season pretty closely, rooting for you guys to win.
Ed O is a former cane himself. And we can all laugh at the embarrassment going on in Gainesville at UF. Lighten up man, just here for good discussion, the tigerdroppings board as a whole as solid discussion and some good laughs

I'll be the first to admit you guys kicked our arse. I'm pretty excited about this matchup. I'll be rooting for you guys. the more we both win the better for the rankings.
Just wished we (Miami) had a different QB.
Anyways, just wanted to ask. How is Burrow looking? He managed the game pretty well against us. Your defense dominated like most of you said would. But his stats were pretty underwhelming, I think Miami played good D but our punter and our QB killed us.
Also, how do you guys seeing this matchup playing out?

Clemson lost to Syracuse. I mean we can do this all day. Fact of the matter is, elite programs to lose to Troy. PITT is a ACC team at the very least.

LSU lost to Troy , Mark Richt is better than your coach. LSU has superior talent every year and consistently shits the bed. Either players are overrated or your program is just not good from the top down.

Im saying he will be running a new offense with new players at a new school. He has weapons but they are very young or inexperienced. When the success of your entire season hinges on a transfer QB with little game experience that is a less than ideal situation.
Not saying he's bad. We do not know. But history says he will take time to play his best football and the Offense will suffer growing pains early. Miami is not the ideal team to start the season with.
But as you said, we will see, my money is on him struggling

Funny thing is, if Malik Rosier was at LSU right now he would be your starting QB. Ask yourself, are you more confident in Burrows, guy who could not earn any significant playing time and consistently lost QB battles at OSU, basically a reject with no experience

Mind you Rosier was playing injured half the year.

I bet Burrow throws under 180 yards, and throws 2 interceptions. I am 100% certain that he will face constant pressure, and our veteran CBs and Safteties will negate the LSU passing offense. Burrow will have a long night. You better hope you have a breakout RB from that group.

I think you answered your own question a few times. Is just not a good coach, don't think he is terrible, but he is markedly better as an assistant.
