You have a recommended shoe or and recommendations for plantar faciitis I’ve been dealing with it since March. I stopped running the past two months thinking that would help, and it still flares up.

IT Band syndrome has me shut down for about a week. I got an injection yesterday and will try to cross train for a few days before trying to increase mileage again. About 7 weeks till LA marathon, I’m hoping I can get a least one 20 miler in before. I guessing I’m going to have to drop my goal for the race.
Any magic tricks for ITBS? I’ve been doing NSAIDS, stretching, and rolling.

That song came out right after High Top Mountain with another song called Hey Now. They were sold together as downloads called Bastard Children. They were recorded at the same time as High Top Mountain but didn’t make the cut.

I think my head lamp has bit the dust. Anybody have a recommendation on a good headlamp? I’ve been using a battery powered tac lamp but it won’t stay on anymore.

I just signed up for the Louisiana Marathon, the price increases Tuesday. This will be Marathon number two, a little over a year apart and the goal is to PR by over 37 minutes. Last time was 4:07 and I'm thinking I can do sub 3:30. I'm currently doing about 30 miles a week and did 10 miles at 8:00 pace last weekend. I may do a half in early November to check fitness.

Posterior lateral, I'm concerned I am aggravating an old meniscus tear. I have a pop when going into terminal knee extension. I can run but I start to have discomfort during long runs, it can last for a couple days after.
I have just been tracking my runs using the Fitbit app, I ruined my Fitbit HR by forgetting to take it off in the pool. It seems to be going well but I have had two runs, 5 & 9 miles, that didn't not sync to Strava.
I'm planning to get a forerunner whenever the new model comes out.

Yep, the performance leaves you wanting more. I don't see Sturgill having any collerbations on his albums anytime soon but maybe something in the future.

Thinking about picking up this one. . I'm too cheap to get a nice one but hoping this will hold us. I go to a gym and run, this will be used to mix things up a bit.
Strassburg Sock is another good option.
No ranking for Hey Now and Four Flame Candle from Bastard Children?
There is no grip and those things fall off a lot and he just throws them aside and keeps going. He only started wearing those this year due to issues he was having with his nubbs.
