I hear ya…maybe they saw something that made them want to revert back to the original game plan, maybe it was a brain fart…who knows. At the end of the day, it is what it is…they lost, but it could have much worse, I feel a lot better that they were able to recognize a problem and get it back to a brand new ballgame in the 4th Qtr. I know there’s no such thing as a moral victory, but we’re not as bad as some people think, we have the capability to adjust on the fly, unlike in the years past.

I think you’re on to something…I think they went into game prep wanting to try something, or run a certain scheme based on Lanes familiarity with TC, and it just didn’t work. And by the time they figured out it didn’t work, it was 24-7. At halftime, they made some adjustments. With a QB as dynamic as TC, you’re not going to completely shut him down, your best hope is to get a stop here and there, and hope that your offense is clicking. At the end of the day, we tried to do something, and it just didn’t work….happens all the time. We play them again, I think it’s a different story.

No need for concern….trust the process. Most of the players that have flourished under Kiffin are a product of his system. Before Chambliss and Lacy, there was Dart and Judkins. All players that, once in that particular system, thrived. Let others overpay for certain players, while CLK goes out and finds players that fit his need.

Not really….there are a ton of OL in the portal. With the right coaching and development, you could find those raw players, maybe a late bloomer that wasn’t highly recruited out of HS. You can get those guys for CHEAP. You coach them up and watch them grow.
Maybe, maybe not…..but I’d think if the story had any legs at all, the bogus lawsuit wouldn’t have been dismissed…homie
Was a bogus lawsuit, and was dismissed in court. Kid ghosted team for weeks, and according to reports, was given every opportunity to return.
