All of the issues with traffic stem from having humans drive. once cars drive themselves there will be basically zero traffic.

Or a bad trip as the popular story geauxes...wake up and all your alien buddies are standing around you. You sit up and notice a bong in your hand. "Did you feel it?" one of them says. A 5 minute high on space acid seemed like an entire lifetime on earth.
