You can piece together the method if you listen to Wim on Joe Rogan and Tim Ferriss Podcasts. I paid the money 2 years ago to take the online course. I hate the cold. Where do we find cold showers in Louisiana? Nowhere. Francos in Mandeville has a cold pool that is reported to be 48 degrees. I worked my way up to 8 minutes in there using the breathing techniques. It feels very good. I highly recommend this practice. FaceBook has a good Wim Hof group and there are tons of videos and answers listed.
Now I just need to find an icebath/cold pool in Baton Rouge. Anyone know of one?
