One thing I would consider is that while the Creative BT-W2 USB Transceiver does support Qualcomm aptX Low Latency (aptX-LL), Qualcomm shows that your headset does not. Qualcomm® aptX™ is where you can see the list of supported headsets.

You may notice some latency with your headset, or you might not, as some headsets are worse with latency with others. With even half a second (500 ms) latency, watching movies becomes unbearable, as the lips to not match the voices. With less than 40 ms lag, aptX-LL has less latency than possible for humans to perceive, which is very important for speedrunners, although many speedrunners would still want even less lag, which explains why they have monitors with 170 Hz refresh rates instead of 60 Hz, to reduce lag from about 17 ms to only about 6 ms.

The Plantronics BackBeat Pro and Pro+ are an excellent consideration as they allow for both wireless bluetooth as well as the standard wired 3.5 mm connector, but what really sets the BackBeat Pro apart, which the BackBeat Pro 2 lost in the new version was the third pole on the 3.5 mm connector that allows a microphone in addition to the stereo headphone, which is useful for games like Splatoon 2 that use this connector on cell phones for chat, in wired mode. This is the only aptX-LL headset I could find that has this feature.
