Well if you look at the early entrants #'s are pretty similar...but I’d argue that the people leaving AL early is because of high round picks while LSU loses guys who have no business leaving early.

Thanks for all the feedback. First time buying a new set of wedges. As far as shafts does it make sense to customize the shaft or just go stock? If my irons are 1 1/2 inches longer, and all of my clubs are stiff flex do I need to lengthen my wedges, and go with a stiffer shaft?

Probably over thinking it. I’ve talked to a few people at the golf store near my house and they are not very informative.

Thanks all. I’ve never considered a Vokey. Not sure why since it’s rated high and it’s the best selling wedge. I got a 60’ Mack Daddy PM Grind during the buy a putter get a wedge deal that Callaway had. I’m not a big fan of it as it is very hit or miss for me. I hit it well with full swings but everything else is a challenge.

What annoys me about some courses:

Un-level tee box with out a flat area
Distance of tee box is way off
Hit a playable shot and your ball magically disappears for some frigin reason
Greens that are like speed bumps

New Wedge

Need a new 56 ...has anyone buy/tried the new Mack Daddy 4 or play with the Mizuno T7 blue ion
or highly recommend another wedge?

Going back and forth between the two. Tested the Mizuno indoors and really liked it but haven’t hit the Callaway.

There is one glaring difference between Alabama and LSU and it comes down to one position and that is the QB. LSU hasn’t had a QB after Ryan Perrilloux. When he got kicked off it has affected us for along time. Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson were forced to come in way before they were ready. If Ryan would have stayed he would have had two years as a starter. Both Jordan and Jarrett are in competition as Juniors with a lot of experience. Mett was a spark but with the players surrounding him he should have been elite. Bama has had that guy who can make 2 to 3 more plays than our guy and hats all the difference.

When the Frick did everyone become Gary Danielson and obsess about everything Bama?

There are more comments about how great Alabama is and how terrible it is to be a tiger fan.

If you admire Bama that much and are that frustrated with LSU then throw on your wallabies, grab a Man Pom, and go cheer them on.
