Rivalry can't be one sided 90% of the time. Auburn vs Bama is a true, grit rivalry for decades. LSU vs Bama games are good every so often but, LSU is up and down.

Well STM beat Catholic for the 1st time in 5 years. Good games though. But, STM should move up to D1.

That's not a a rule they made up for this game. That is a national high school nation wide rule for player safety. I believe if the kid has that type of talent to make that play let him but, it is a safety rule in that if he lands wrong, or kicks the defender in he head, etc. there are so many issues if that happens in high school so the high school nation wide board made this rule as a personal foul, etc nothing the local guys calling this game with a stake to hurt the Raiders.
Well that was STM first time beating Catholic in 5 years. and this year in 2020 they won by one point on a missed extra point and field goal by Catholic.
Catholic has won 3 state titles in the past 6 years and have played for the title 4 years on a row from 2017 to 2020. they won their first in 2015 vs Rummel in the dome. in 2017 won it again vs Curtis, lost to Curtis in 2018, and lost on a kickoff return at the end of the game vs Rummel in 2019 and won it in 2020 over Byrd. So to answer your question they have won 3 total in the schools history with all three coming over the past 6 years and have played in 5 title games.
