Thank you for the nice folks who tried to help me.
I made the sandwich today, but the bread was wrong.
My intentions are to make this sandwich for some friends that live out of state. They love my Louisiana cooking.

Sure Cajun you got me. What a wizard? How did you know I wanted to invest several thousands of dollars to open up a sandwich shop in our little old country town. This sandwich is my ticket to a rich retirement. With all the information I received from this post, Darrel's better look out.
