Living in St. Francisville and Zachary are out the question. I like the schools around there but that’s about it. St. Francisville is too far away from civilization and Zachary is about 3 years away from becoming Baker. ...

I drive to St. Fransicville for work four days a week. I have 3 kids ages 10, 3 and 1, but they will be in private schools so school district shouldn’t be an issue. Should we buy a new house, slightly used, fixer upper or should we build? What what you do if you were in my shoes?...
