re: Anyone here have mortgage insurance?

I don't have mortgage insurance, but after reading the above conversations I went through some platform for mortgage insurance some say we need it some says we don't need it because insurance costs start adding up. Mortgage insurance, health insurance, Auto insurance in some cases and life insurance and most of us can't afford them all.
What do you guys think? Do we really need this?
Do you think that is one and only option to solve the problem?

I know the effort of driving a forklift back and forth for hours. Here we have a forklift maintenance yard and I used to drive the forklifts to the maintenance yard when the drive is on off duty.
My advice is that forget about your knees, back, and neck while driving these tiny elephants. Sorry, nothing else to say. Once you are used to this position it will be fine.

The only option with a huge amount of money is to invest it. investing on behalf of child is also an option but the maturity period is higher.

Compensations are not taxable. Compensation is not a reward instead it is an 'indemnification' for your loss and sufferings. You only need to pay income tax when you gain something.
If you are trying to invest the money in business for earning 'money/profit' , you need to pay tax for that. I am sorry to hear about your little angel. I discussed with my friend and he told me to take a look on this page. more details here
This is a similar case for disability and emotional issues. Disability tax credits are available for such issues, discuss this matter with your lawyer.
All the best and happy Christmas.
Here is two contradictory articles.

quote:

Melania is expected to assume the role of First Lady of the United States on January 20, 2017. She will be the second foreign-born woman to hold the position (after Louisa Adams, the British-born American wife of John Quincy Adams who served from 1825 to 1829) and the only First Lady to date not to have been born a citizen of the United States or in what would later become the United States.[b][61][62] At 5 foot 11 inches, she will also be one of the tallest First Ladies to hold the office, tied with Michelle Obama and Eleanor Roosevelt who were also that height.[63]
