Sounds like a major clog in the drain line before the vent. If it was just a clogged vent, then the sink would drain but suck the trap dry. Since there is a vacuum when plunging, the vent cannot communicate with the sink - it it could, there would be no vacuum. Try fishing into the drain pipe with trap removed.
Get the spa. We use our's year round when air temp is not too cold but pool water is still cold. I do not heat the pool -
way too expensive and takes too long to heat up.

Thanks MD for the marinara recipe. Your other recipes look great. I have a new go to spot for recipes.
Best marinara sauce recipe

Looking for the best marinara sauce for meat balls and for sausage.
Oil and gas will not be returning to New Orleans. Not much was here before the oil crash in November 2014. Shell, the only major E&P left in N.O., is costantly shipping their jobs to Houston and forcing the engineering & design of their projects to be done in low cost centers like India.

It would only be considered art if you pushed it out to resemble a Christian figurine.

Sequoia does not have the tow capacity I need. Not many SUVS can tow 8400 pounds.
Leaning toward Tahoe LT Z71. However, for some reason the Z71 cannot come with an integrated controller for the trailer brakes. The Tahoe gets better mileage and range than Armada. Also looking at a low mileage used Tahoe to save a few bucks.

"Enough. Leave." This is usually reserved for my kids.
Mine attaches to the steering column like this. LINK
Armada or Tahoe

I need a new 4wd vehicle to pull 8400 lbs. I am looking at the 2017 Tahoe (with max trailer in package) and the 2017 Armada. Any thoughts on reliability, or preferences?

We had one that could fit 5 people. We called it the stadium blind.
Hornet's Nest. Fortunately, I was not there for the naming event.

I bought a Kubota 4060 4wd with FEL and skid steer bucket attachment. The FEL got me out of a mud hole that 4wd could not. Get bushhog, disc, box blade, and skid steer forks. The 4060 has seemed under powered at times and has gottwn bogged down when cutting and discing in wet areas.

I have been looking at the BBB Recoil IS. It has been completely redesigned from the earlier problematic buggies. Battery powered vehicles have more torque at low speed so I figured it would be good in mud. I like not hearing the engine while driving thru the woods. Most of my trips are relatively short so I do not require the range of a gas UTV.
