I've been on it since Summer. Working out while fasted can be rough, but you get used to it. My eating window is from 12-8. Sometimes I switch up my eating window to 1-9.. and sometimes I workout during my eating window. ...

I think we need to do a lot of shot-gun playaction because I'm pretty sure they will run-blitz our pro-style playaction plays. Either that or straight drop back out of center. I don't want another sack fumble like Ole Miss.
