But it pays the bills, thereby preventing other, more serious problems!

THIS
I tend to agree. Fournette will be a high draft pick and have a great NFL career.

Heisman is no longer possible with the games missed. The voters who don't see him play each week have only stats to vote from. Unfortunately, Fournette won't have such to make his case. Others around the nation will have gawdy stats.

So it's cool when yalls AD does it. But shitty when Foley does it. Typical LSU

A Southern gentleman Foley is not!

He would appear to be more respectable had he handled himself in public with some dignity, instead of acting out like a petulant child!

In private, he can whine all he wants.

Fact is, the rest of the nation sees this behavior via ESPN and the other propaganda spewing outlets.

The appearance now is that Foley was check mated.
There is an old analogy that a good deal is one in which both sides do not get everything they wanted.

LSU gets Florida at home. Don't lose the home game. The players want to play and won't worry about 3 games in 12 days, as they rested this past Saturday, and they have young bodies.

All that said, Jeremy Foley is one petulant little child!

Dude... Check your history. The Louisiana "Fighting Tigers" were a reknown Civil War regiment who distinguished themselves in battle. They fought "like TIGERS!".

Refreshing, when sanity is spoken!

Veritas. The truth... well said, sir!

By the way, I LOVE animals.... I eat their meat and wear their hides.
Last time Aranda went against Auburn (Auburn/Wisconsin bowl game), Aranda's defense won the game.

re: David Shaw?

David Shaw is an outstanding coach.
But, he is not leaving the West Coast for the South.

At Stanford he makes good money (not SEC money), but he has a low pressure lifestyle.

Why would his family want to move and take a risk?
My response is ...,

You're just figuring this behavior out?

ESPN was pure in the very beginning.

Since Disney purchased them, it is all about doing anything to maintain or grow cash flow to Disney, at any other cost, and nothing else.

We're still reading. Will be following the Tigers all year. Special place in my heart for LSU (old girlfriend from LSU).

By the way, we have Terry Bowden's Akron team next. Nobody in WI cares about Akron.

Trying to figure out how to post party pictures without storing to a URL, first.

Ajax...

Badger fan here. I think you nailed it.

This all falls on Myles. He is responsible for the mental preparedness of the team. That lazy feel, taking the opponent lightly, whatever you want to call it. I was at the game and it sure felt like that...from the opponent's side of the field.

Kept thinking in each quarter, when does LSU motivate (i.e., rally the troops) and kick it in gear on the lines of scrimmage?! It just never happened, which is head coach's responsibility.

In any event, LSU is a fun bunch of salt-of-the-earth people, and pre-game cocktails with many of your fans was fun stuff and will be remembered for years to come!

Badger fan here ...(used to live Bonn)

I'll be at Lambeau, but have some "Frueh" Koelsch for us.

That is the best beer I have ever had.

The former Ace Hardware store they turned into a cocktail lounge... What type of "screwdriver" are you looking for?

The Roman Coin... Strictly for those who are seeking to get blitzed (wasted). Blotto time ala the"here we come" thread from last night.
If you have Sirius/XM radio in your car, you can listen to the LSU broadcast on your smart phone using the Sirius app .

The negative is that there maybe a delay,

Looks great! Do you accept visitors, albeit Badgers?

We love great food (and cocktails...not necessarily in this order) and have great beer, veal brats, venison summer sausage, artisan cheese or money with which to barter!
Tiger Cop...
I have NEVER heard of that here in WI,
We'd be going leaving that joint ASAP and never going back. We'd then go across the street where the neighbors would've happy to offer cold beer.
