Still has $199 million guaranteed left over next 8 years
Have you seen the short on how the sox missed out on A-Rod? Union said that Alex taking less and changing his opt out in exchange for rights to his likeness wasn't good enough

Chris Hemsworth hasn't had any movie do well outside of Thor that he has been the main lead in
MLB is still very popular locally but national ratings have fallen over significantly over the past decade. What do you think are the reasons for that and what steps can MLB take to get better ratings and increased fan interest in games outside of their own teams.
Need to spend big money this offseason. I'd love to see Strasburg

Is a pro team in Europe feasible?

Posted by RyanL on 4/30/16 at 1:33 pm
The NBA and NFL have been playing games in London for several years now, NBA also plays games in other European cities and the NFL is going to start playing games in Germany starting in 2018. With that said is it feasible to have a franchise from either or both leagues in Europe by the end of the next 10 years? If not why not?
I saw tweets by justin verlander and brandon mccarthy after the dee gordon suspension and I was buster olney said there was a growing sentiment among players to allow teams to void contracts if guys are found to be taking PED's. What are your thoughts on how the union should handle this and how they will handle it?
Compared to the big clubs they are poor. United, Chelsea, Liverpool make a crap ton off of sponsorship which leicester doesn't
They will get even more money once the new deal expires in 2019. It's absurd how much money the BPL makes

What the hell is wrong with Matt Harvey? his career WHIP and ERA are 1.03 and 2.67 and this year he is at 1.52 and 4.76
No way they have enough subscribers to make up for the 330 million they give every year, they reduced prices by 30% before the season started, i have to imagine they are losing some money
A.) Does anyone know how much money TWC is losing annually each year?

B.) Are the Dodgers risking alienating the younger generation, and once the deal ends, it will result in way less fan support than they have now?

C.) If you were the dodgers ownership would you consider renegotiating the deal and taking less money so that fans could afford it or would you just hoard the money?

Whats wrong with Zach Greinke?

Era = 6.16

FIP = 4.22

He gave up 41 earned runs last year and has already given up 21 this year.

I know it's a small sample size but he doesn't look anything like he did the past 3 seasons, has he just packed it in now that he is on his last contract?

edit: out for entire playoffs
ie. At least one part of the couple is allowed to have flings if not both as long as they don't embarrass each other. I got to think about this after reading about Will and Jada Smiths marriage. I imagine most of these hollywood power couples get married to create an image

Interesting article from fangraphs where they estimate how much tv revenue teams will get in 2016 and shows how long their current deals are locked in for and for how much.
