I sob listening to "Ronnie's Song" by Jimmy Van Zant. Met him and partied with him many times during the early 2000's at biker rallies. One hell of a guy and spoke how he missed Ronnie so much. Party on Ronnie.

Mind is "the wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald"
I know outskirts of Maurice had high water yesterday. One co-worker couldn't make it though in a 4WD F250 Ford diesel.

I believe it. The water yesterday just pass city hall towards SMP was really high.
How is Youngsville surviving the high water?

I work in Youngsville and live by the cart ranch, Aristotle drive is flooded near 100 block. Youngsville was hit hard yesterday, almost didn't make it back home. Show some pics and stay safe.

Blonde...uhmmm. Sorry I can't help you out dog, with blondes it's all between the legs and nothing between the ears. Been there, done that and got the tee shirt. Good luck

Actually WD40 stands for "Water Displacement test #40". It's really a water displacing penetrant.

I use Abu Garcia 3.8 ratio, green colored reel and it's a winch. I have an older model I've been using for years.

From past experience fishing Toledo bend during the summer hot months, try fishing at night on a lit moon. Fish plastics in dark colors and look for points near coves that have deep drop offs. Caught many heavy fish that way in the bend. I only fish 5/8-3/4 oz bass jigs in red/black during daytime hrs. Bob Oldam jigs are killer, hand made and sold at Toledo tackle or maybe online...trust me they catch fish!

Old school here, all pioneer. SX450(15 watts), SX580 (25 watts) and SX650(35 watts). PL530 turntable, pair of pioneer towers and unknown brand floors cabinets. Previous system was all pioneer also. SX1080 Receiver (120 watts), RT707 reel, RG1 dynamic expander, SG9500 EQ, SCF1250 cassette with pioneer floor cabinets with 18" woofers. Solid system that would rock!
POS thieves, had the same happen to me with a huge fig tree. I hope the get the shits from it!
re: Remington 870 American Classic - Would you buy it?
Posted by Fxr_ryder on 7/28/16 at 7:44 pm to LSUTigersVCURams
Back in the day the 870 was a rock solid shotgun. I own one of the older 870 with the metal trigger assy, now it's all plastic and cheap! Buy something else.
Looks like a nice setup if you're ok with a blem lower. I was somewhat in the same shoes as you but went with the setup I spoke about and spent rite at 1K. Never regreted it. S&W are mil spec weapons chrome lined barrels. Solid choice. Just my opinion.
Best advice I can give is always keep the wind in yr face. I hunted Tennessee for over 25 yrs and we always played the wind. In our area of TN big bucks always travel north and south where as smaller bucks would travel east to west. Don't really know about LA since I don't hunt here. Also sitting on stand, keep yr face in the wind, your scent is blowing downwind of you. We use vanilla extract as a cover scent. Deer love sweet smells. Good luck.
re: Best AR under $1000...go!

I have a S&W MP15 optics ready, put whatever optics you choose, sling, quad rail and add a B.A.D. lever then yr ready to go.
Man what a plug!

Here also, I was born in '60 and in first grade I could not speak English. Parents and grandparents only spoke French and very little English. Sad to say all my French speaking family is all deceased and very seldom I meet someone who speaks French. Grew up in Carencro, La. Cajun country!
They already have. Do some research on fluoride and fluoridation.
