Honestly, you're not wrong. The far left has gotten pretty ridiculous in its quest to censor any opinion that it doesn't agree with. But so has the far right. Im kinda new to politics as a millennial, but it frustrates me how, politically and religiously, there is no middle ground. If you're a Democrat, you're demonized as a liberal fascist who requires safe spaces and hates religion. And if you're a Conservative, you're derided as a religious, uneducated fanatic. But most people reside in the middle. I mean freedom of choice is one of our countries greatest principles. I'd like to say that not all religious folk think as you do as well, and I appreciate the open mindedness you have to even have a dialogue with an atheist. Politics are insanely decisive nowadays, and it's easy to forget were all just trying to do what's right, by our beliefs.

I'm an atheist, but I totally support Dabo thanking god after the game. Free speech is incredibly important. But to say "they dont want people mentioning his name whatsoever" is innacurate. Who is the "they" you're referring to? Other American citizens with different beliefs from yours? It's more like they are just not required to by their community. Some people just dont share the same beliefs as you. I live in georgia, and in the south its almost a requirement to be Christian. Ill respect your beliefs, as long as they dont infringe on the rights of others. But as far as dabo, dude had every right to thank his god and more power to him.

It's Laughable...

The amount of dissent and ridiculous speculation by our own fans is laughable. There are an incredible amount of fanbases that would have wet dreams about the chance to have the recruiting power and coaching of LSU. Sure, Les has struggled with QB development and offense. Many point to over use of the run.. But with Fournette in the backfield, can you blame him? We had an extremely potent offense up until Alabama and the only reason we faltered there was due to Harris' (first season starter) inability to make passes and our receivers inability to catch. Now I'm not saying that the offense is perfect or shouldn't be altered. But show the man who was so instrumental in making this program great at least a little respect.
