I'm sure it wouldn't be handed to him. It was probably voiced to him that the spot was open for competition blah blah blah. Regardless, the kid has a decision that I could never imagine making at 18. Selfishly I want him here, but can't knock the kid if he decides to become a millionaire...

I thought the same thing. After I was told that, I did a little research. He possesses what many consider to be the best curve ball of all prospects, high school or college. I watched him pitch surrounded by scouts with radar guns. He was consistently 91-93 in the 7th. It's not hard to imagine....

I do know that $1 mil won't pull him from LSU...it will have to be more. He's a born and raised Tiger fan and wants to be at LSU. It all depends on the money. ...

I was thinking the same thing. Seems if damage is minimal, they could have the game on short notice. Even if it's a fly in Monday, play, fly out Monday type of thing. No tv, no fans (Alleva said he suggested this) but at least we get to play....

WBRZ reported a three car crash late Monday morning at the corner of Aster and Nicholson. They confirmed one involved was an LSU football player, put have yet to confirm who. Any leads on who this is and the condition of said player?...

Since Felipe Franks has officially enrolled at Florida...any idea who LSU is targeting, if anyone, for the 2016 draft class? I can't see how we don't sign anyone, but I guess it's possible....

Said there were a lot of tears shed in the meeting. Guys were upset and unsure. It's not a secret that a lot of the team doesn't want Les to go, but some took it harder than others....

They might have said something to close friends...but when the info is relayed it probably gets the same reaction I'm getting. Don't shoot the messenger...just sharing some info with my fellow Tiger fans. Drink a beer and lighten up fellas....
