Nope. Never married. No kids either.

Like, not telling anyone when the house was sold? Slowly selling off pieces of furniture, art, and collectibles and pocketing the cash? Can’t prove it obviously, but we know it’s happening. Refusing to tell us who the executor is?
I (fortunately) have never been in a position where I’ve had experience with wills, so I’m not familiar with what’s typical. We have an attorney lined up, but I just don’t want to go into this completely clueless. I want to get my stupid questions out of the way now.

I know it’s not required for an executor to notify beneficiaries that they have been removed from a will, but as I understand it, it’s good practice. Is that correct?

Whose responsibility would it have been to determine if the deceased was of sound mind at the time that their will was changed? Especially in the case of an elderly person with Alzheimer’s.

Also, when trying to get a copy of the will from the probate court, we were told all of the records, including the deceased’s medical records, have been sealed. Is this common?

Finally, is there a way to find out who the executor of the person’s will is?

We waited too long to make reservations at Mr. Sanchos. Found a post on here from 2017 where a couple of people mentioned Nachi Cocom. Anyone been recently? Sounds like a good deal, but just wanted to see if anyone had personal experience.

Open to other suggestions as well!
Hmmm.

Let’s extend that to sports. Obviously, most sports have the minority thing covered. But let’s make every team have a certain number of gays and disabled people on them, and make rules that say they have to play a certain percentage of the game.

But let’s not stop there. Let’s force every company or workplace to employ a certain number of each category. If there aren’t enough, then there will be big penalties regarding tax breaks, etc. Government agencies who don’t meet the criteria will lose funding.

Let’s just completely eliminate the necessity of certain skills, knowledge, and/or physical abilities. We can start assigning people jobs to make the process easier. And most likely if your parent held a certain job, you’ll be the most capable person to hold that job after them, so eventually, we won’t even have to go through a selection process at all.

White, straight people are the only ones who have to be worried. But who cares? They’ve had it made for so long.
I can’t watch that. I clicked it, but then saw them sitting there all happy and swinging their legs, and I couldn’t continue. Whoever uploaded this in the first place is a sick individual.

This is easily one of the most electric atmospheres at a WBB game I’ve ever been in… and I was around for Augustus and Fowles
Was expecting to see that little Jaxsyn won first place in the tball tournament and got his 647th ring to add to his collection.

I am so incredibly relieved that I was wrong.

He has my heartfelt thanks for his service.
Damn. It’s a long drive for sure, but I’m glad we drove it this time. At least it’s pretty scenery between Lexington and Alabama, especially with the sun coming over over the ridges this morning.

I’d recommend Mint Julep Tours 100%

Did you do a custom private tour? Or one of their public tours? We met some guys yesterday at a random liquor store that were in a mint julep bus and we asked about it, but they said it was basically their “taxi” for the day. I’m guessing they meant they did the private tour?

Kentucky—getting to campus

We’ll be driving up from the south side of Lexington (staying in Richmond). What’s the best way to approach campus to try to get to free parking?
Yeah at the Willet tasting they said that they brought in marketing and accounting employees to work to lines to keep production running, but closed the gift shop and and cancelled all tours and tastings.
Heaven Hill is currently closed because their employees are on strike ???? been on strike for a month now. We just drove by on our way to Willet and they’re all standing on the road holding signs.
