Magnolia Square has townhomes being built in there. No way in hell am I paying 400,000 for a house next to townhomes.

One of these are not like the others and WILL hold their value.
Traditional Neighborhood Development

Just don't know if homes in TNDs will hold their value. I like The Settlement at Willow Grove the best, but too expensive. Any thoughts on a The Preserve at Harveston, The Village at Magnolia Square or the Long Farm Village? Are any a good investment?
I don't blame JBE for the debt problem but I do call him out on his bait and switch tactic, campaigned on no new taxes but hit the ground with nothing but new taxes, Time to clean up our state, time to start a recall on JBE! Why is it illegal for businesses to do bait and switch but it's so common place in politics?
I used "Two Guys Moving" twice in last year and they did a fantastic job.
