re: Where to watch in Europe?

You're 7 hours ahead, so night games mean you are on your own in your hotel or whatever... I'm into the no pay thing, so when I lived in Milan I always used firstrows.eu or something similar and just closed a bunch of ads to start. If you have good internet its not a problem... if you want a sports bar in northern Italy, good luck. There is a place call Rookies that tries to be a sports themed bar at the head of the Naviglio Grande, which is a cool area... but if its not soccer, it won't be crowded. Even then, Italians just nurse one beer for the whole game and leave as soon as the local game is over. However, the gal who owns Rookie's also owns a decent U.S. style diner down the street called Tizzie's. If you get a group of Americans and want to watch a game at Rookie's, she will reserve an area for you. Sky Sports broadcasts American football regularly in Europe,so you can watch at least some games live with a crew. Make sure you get up to the lakes if you are in northern Italy, though... are you in Milan?

I live in Milan, and there are a variety of free services if you have good internet (firstrows.eu is good, but you have to close ads occasionally). Also, you can download an ISP masker/redirect and do it with the U.S. tv network apps...
I've watched a few games at the Abbey Pub in Rome, but you are at the mercy of the bartenders if they want to close...get there early, drink up and tip, and tell them what you want to watch and ask them if they will be open late. If they have been there a while, they know LSU fans drink and want to watch...
It's not a bad country song; but we don't have any New Orleans flavor in the stadium...you don't think the Meters or the Neville Brothers doing "Fire on the Bayou" wouldn't rock Tiger Stadium or the Dome? Dr. John? Galactic? Trombone Shorty? Louisiana has the deepest musical tradition of any state, and we repeat the same rap and rock anthems of every stadium ... LINK
Ok, frick it all. First post; I'll play:
I will out purple and gold all you fricks, but I'll be damn if I am going to let you link something historic like a Cubs victory, something transcendent like a Tigers win, with Trump, of all things...and the OP wants to call other people ignorant? Trump would be an unprecedented disaster for this country. It don't add inches to your dick to huddle with the fat white guys and talk about the damn gubmint and use the word "liberal" like it means "bad". Really. So if I don't support the contractor stiffing, labor outsourcing, tax dodging, bankruptcy declaring, silver spoon daddy's boy, then I'm ignorant? Sure, let's politic it up. We are through the looking glass with this election. Think long and hard, boys; history will judge you. Sure, Clinton is the lesser of two evils but it's not really close. How were you raised, bra?
I'm watching from Milan, Italy...wishing it was Milan St., Uptown...made a gumbo, though
