I liked what I saw from Williams and thought that he probably deserved a few more carries than he got last year. That said, it was tough to get carries in LSU's loaded backfield.

I think it has more to do with getting Patterson and Quarterman into the starting line up. Yes they played well against UK, but it started the game before against Bama. They went from a team that had to play down the wire against even the worst SEC teams, to a team suddenly started winning SEC games...
