Been throwing around the idea of a franchise business, but no experience other than working for one years ago.

Look at a place called Adventures in Advertising. Profits are solid and they do a good job with an affordable initial investment.
Not a lot of equipment needed. Need to be a hell of a Project Manager to make it work.

Just tried to look through their website...what exactly do they do? It looks like a Forbes list of buzzwords just vomited on the screen.

Advertising and Marketing for small businesses. Everything from digital billboards to websites and email campaigns.
Its an interesting concept. There is too much competition where I am but its been called the easiest franchise for an owner to pull $100k from. There are two of these type of franchises in my town. Both owners live in my neighborhood and seem to do well.
One does it out of a retail strip mall type store and the other does it out of an office park. The one that does it out of an office park has got into vehicle wraps and has a ton of business. This is not a franchise, but AIA is a franchise option for stuff like this.

That website gave me a seizure. That's the first time I've ever had a seizure, weird.
