Robert Redford in his prime was insane.
Brad Pitt has always reminded me of Redford. Both painfully handsome.
The music from Up makes it next level. Saw it a while ago and it still got me.
The crying in the recovery room is the worst part. It's good though because it gets the anesthesia out of their lungs. My kids were 100% by that night.
re: Bloodline - Who is to blame for this mess?

I just realized she's Velma from Scooby.
Chandler was flawless. I caught myself at certain times watching him with mouth agape (I'm sure looking like an idiot) during season 2 and his digression as his family was turning on him. He was painfully believable. And his character John was the only one in the beginning who was not motivated by selfish gain. He was trying to protect his family. All of them. Even his pos mom and siblings.
Used to be able to cry my way out of a ticket. Then I grew up and had friends that fixed my tickets. Now I use cruise (knock on wood) and don't drive like I'm on fire.
re: Sleep nude or clothed?

Nude when hubs is home. Can't do it alone because I worry if someone breaks in I'd be fighting them off in the buff. Weird fear I know.
re: List all things better than putting a hot Krispy Kreme donut in your mouth

Can't handle the film of fat/grease coating my mouth after a Krispy Kreme.
Cigars is no longer. The storms wiped it out.
I'm looking forward to the simple things that I miss desperately. The beach with a good book, photography, fishing in the middle of the week, staying up late and sleeping in.
Episode one met and exceeded all of my expectations.
It's like crack. Once you start you can't stop. Binging at its best. Can't wait for season 2.
I went to daycare when I was a kid. When I was 4 one of the after school kids taught me a rhyme. "King Kong played ping pong with his ding dong." I was so proud that I learned a new song and couldn't wait to tell my parents. It took me years to figure out why they reacted so poorly.
Kids under 18 have to be accompanied by an adult 24/7 when on set. I'm thinking it's the private "acting classes" that would cause the biggest issue. An involved parent who sticks around would stop anything inappropriate from happening.
Use it as a teachable moment. Have them research facts and statistics. Knowledge is the only way to fight ignorance.
re: Water stuck in ear. Any advice

My kid had this. The doctor filled a large syringe with warm water and flushed his ear out. Quick and easy fix.
re: What's your go-to relaxation technique when going to the dentist?

15mg valium with a side of benadryl. I'd rather not be aware of any of it.

That being said, I've seen those allegations quite a bit, and they don't always mesh with reality.
Unfortunately it was my reality. And yes I've seen women falsely claim abuse. I was just stupid for staying as long as I did.

Physical. Got tired of getting knocked around like a rag doll.

Talk about missed opportunity.
They actually tried that route and it didn't end well.
I did after years of abuse and living with a complete narcissist. It was his way to punish me by hurting my kids.
