Yes it’s a net 10% Annualized Simple Interest. The fund makes a net 50-55% and that’s why they are able to pay 10%. They have a 5 year fund that pays 15%, but I just chose the 3 year fund at 10% per year. It is an unsecured loan/investment, but it is diversified in Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Distres...

re: What to do with $250K - player711
Why don’t you use your assets ($250k) or others to get an income stream to pay down debt. Or just use it to get more income? For education-google The Garmax Group. They run a diversified debt fund that pays a fixed interest rate to people that lend money to them. It is a cash flow model. Yes-I k...

I’m going to sound like a sales person, but so be it... There are alternatives besides CDs, Annuities, and Bonds. Mainly it is with alternative Asset Backed Lending strategies, Real Estate Funds that are secured by collateral or life settlements . It can be used for cash flow/income or for growt...

I think it’s a great strategy if the policy is structured that way. Every other person who says differently, doesn’t know this strategy. This may be the best financial strategy out there. Now, you can earn a higher return doing something else, but the whole premise (as you mentioned) goes back to co...

Yes, 10,000 people retire daily. Look it up. I also didn’t say someone sells all of their stocks. However, allocating their money out of stocks or equity funds ( no question) is happening every day. This is pure economics. ...

The market is due for a huge correction. I believe it will be the largest correct since the Great Depression.
