Picking #7 instead of #13 is huge in terms of giving a team more options. Once draft day starts anything can happen. If a star player we don''t want but someone else does falls to us at #7, that can allow us to add another asset perhaps a second rounder which can be huge in the long run. True fans want what's best for the team and whether you care to admit it or not, losing today's game was the best option for the saints. At the very least they should've played the backups just to see what they actually bring to the team.

its called being real. every time the saints go out and put in a respectable performance, they usually fold the next game. just don't assume we takin it to the ship just because we won one game against a bad team.
