I feel your pain about day 1. It was such a blur I can barely remember the questions. Any idea when the questions are released?

Day 3 was the easiest by far. Constitutional law seemed to raise issues of standing and vagueness/overbreadth and we were not given the instruction "warning, do not discuss standing, vagueness, overbreadth." Otherwise it was straight forward commerce clause, due process, establishment clause, etc.
Criminal was 100% repeat questions for procedure and evidence. The crimes section was worth 50% but it implicated fewer crimes than in past years and was a shorter fact pattern.
Federal Civil procedure was a lot of repeats, but was difficult if you hadn't studied for it. Which it seems like most people didn't since it's the last horrible test.

La Civ pro was basically 75% old questions, but worked into one continuous fact pattern. So the format was new but it was the same old questions as before.
At least two new questions were about 863 sanctions and pre-trial conference subject matters (having fault declared a non-issue).
