300 level or lower please.
Please email sgregg48@yahoo.com with location and price. Thanks!
All great Head Coaches in college are great recruiters. Is Aranda a great recruiter? If not, he isn’t the answer.
My wife made a decent point. When we were in school (90s) the Greeks brought dates to the games. There were still profanity laced cheers (kick their arse, etc...) but nothing as trashy and embarrassing as this.

Her point was that no half way decent man would yell about sucking d in front of their date. Of course maybe they would if their date was classless too. If there’s still an ounce of class left with the student body (didnt appear so Saturday night), allowing fraternities to bring dates could lessen the problem.

I love the song and the energy it brings. It would have the same energy without trying to out do Florida as the trashiest fans in the SEC. Hopefully the students will one day realize how it doesn’t look or sound cool, but rather pathetic and unwitty.

So far it's a problem for us. Anything up in the air looks like an automatic out tonight.

No HRs Tonight

Looks like the wind has shifted and we can expect 18 mph SSE winds (blowing in from CF). Very unlikely there will be a HR tonight.

Hope this doesn't become a factor.

Perfect Scenario

As a Saints fan if the Falcons lose like this it really couldn't be any better.

He did more in 7 years than nearly every other RB in league history.

Thankfully the experts saw it the same way I see it.

Even more excited they just chose the best kicker in the history of the game!

TD -
7,607 rushing yards
60 rushing touchdowns
3 Pro Bowls
3'time First-Team All-Pro
2 Super Bowls (primary reason they won)
Super Bowl MVP in 1997
Most Valuable Player in 1998

All in only 7 seasons!

BTW - Larry Csonka made it with 8,000 yards over 10 years.

All this proves is that Republicans are more open minded and willing to give Presidents from the other party a chance. Closed minded intolerant dems... not so much.

Yeah, none of that is gonna happen.

Hey look at me!... I'm a miserable f&ck and want to shite on the team I claim to support.

Our team may have underperformed over the past few years but the only thing embarrassing about my beloved alma mater is our supposed "fans". Forget about firing Aleva or O. The best way to make LSU great again is getting rid of our sorry arse, self indulgent, reality deficient, football ignorant, socially awkward, want to be front runner, spoiled rotten, negative bitch fans. Take that chicken little shite somewhere else. Saban was right about one thing. We have a bunch of "catastrophe syndrome" pansies.

Grow a pair and support the team you claim to love. If not, get the f&uck out of the way. Negativity has never achieved anything besides making you feel better and no one gives a shite about your feelings. Enjoy the ride or get the f&ck off the train!

It just feels like a slightly better Miles

So he'll win more than 77% of his games and more than one National Championship.

Why is this a problem?
With you 100%. I wasn't an O fan but this could be a great move. It's already working out well by getting rid of some of our shitty fans.
Didn't like the hire at first but now I love it. It's already paying dividends by getting rid of our weak a$$ delusional cry baby sidewalk fans. LSU is a better place without loser fans like this polluting our fan base.

O is already making LSU great again!

No it's not. He had the most successful tenure in lsu history. Thats a fact that isnt debatable. IMO, he was an elite recruiter, elite motivator, average at best game day coach, and stubborn to a fault. One of his biggest flaws was projecting qb talent to the collegiate level( figuring out which qbs talent could translate to his collegiate scheme). He refused to adjust his offensive philosophy even though the rest of cfb had moved away from his smash mouth brand of football which let inferior teams stick around for longer than they should. 2008 pick 6 ordeal permanently scarred him amd he refused to have middle of the field play calling unless he really trusted his qbs decision making ability.

Anyone that disagrees with this has no business commenting on football. For some people he could have won 3 nattys and still sucked. Case in point the moron that said he hated him since the 1st game. He was a great coach that gave us some of the best years in LSU history. He didn't adjust so it was time to make a change.

re: Will we start kicking touchbacks?

What we're doing right now is the right move and many other schools are following suit.

We're one the top teams in the country in opponents starting field position after a kickoff. This includes the penalties. Why would you want to change that?

Now punting's a different story.

That '07 national title belonged to Saban just about as much as it did to Miles.

wow! You really are an ignorant fool. By your logic Shula gets credit for '09. Miles had many faults but recruiting wasn't one of them.
quote:

Miles inherited a Ferrari and didn't crash it into a bridge embankment for a decade or so Payton inherited a Pinto and turned it into a Ferrari

Miles' accomplishments should not be minimized. Both did amazing things for our beloved teams. Most successful leaders will tell you that it's much tougher to sustain success rather than build it. Payton is a perfect example of how hard it is to sustain. Some of the best coaches in the history of football have said if you stay more than 8, 9, 10 years somewhere it's too long. You become much less effective over time.

Unfortunately both coaches are proving this point to be true.
